Refund & Exchange Policy

At staygrip, we guarantee your fit. If your compression socks don't fit right, we'll exchange them for the correct size for free — no time limit, no questions asked. Just email us at contact@staygrip.com with your order number and the size you need.

For returns outside of a size exchange, we accept unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method.
